ETC helped conduct a session titled Coloring Outside the Lines: Mindful Practices in your Creative Processes. The masterclass, hosted by Eric Payne in conversation with Elliot Carlyle, taught the participants how to enhance their overall productivity by finding an effective balance between the various energies of the self. It provided a range of guided exercises focusing on mindful practices to provide heightened awareness. The masterclass aimed to provide practical guidance and activities that could seamlessly incorporate your personal and professional life and gradually improve its quality.
