Harlem’s Fashion Row (HFR) aims to bring attention and provide a platform to designers of colors. In 2019, the founder and CEO of HFR, Brandice Henderson, announced the nonprofit entity ICON 360. Supported by popular sponsors and designers, the entity committed to providing financial relief and support to designers during the pandemic at the top of the World Trade Center during the HFR’s 12th annual fashion show and awards dinner honoring Ciara.
ETC collaborated with HFR during this event and maintains a continued partnership with the organization. HFR and ETC both work towards a common cause of working inclusion and diversity in the fashion industry. Our common aim is to offer designers of color a safe space to find mentorship and flourish.
